I am Inés Meneghini, yoga teacher and teacher trainer, holistic therapist and creator of I’M Method and Vinyasa Therapy.
For more than 15 years I have been guiding individuals, students, teachers, groups and organizations through transformation processes that bring together body, mind and soul.
My work weaves together movement, breathwork, meditation, mindful eating, habits, daily routine, a therapeutic eye and ancestral wisdom, so that each person can listen to themselves, understand themselves and transform the way they live.
Read my story →My Method brings together different practices to move the body, quiet the mind, open the heart, breathe consciously and see clearly the moment we are living.
Every process finds its own shape. Sometimes we need movement. Sometimes silence, a conversation, a practice or a decision.

Retreats and immersive experiences to step out of everyday rhythm and into a deeper encounter with yourself.
Movement, breath, meditation, words, silence and nature are part of every experience. Each retreat has its own purpose, its own time and its own way of being lived.
Individual sessions give us time to pause, look at what you are going through and shape the support that fits where you are.
I bring together the body, breath, movement, words and different therapeutic tools, depending on what the process needs.
You can choose a single session or ongoing support. Every process begins with a first conversation.
Tools are just resources. The real work is seeing the person in front of me. That is how I have accompanied pregnant women, athletes, teenagers, people living with cancer and incarcerated teenagers.
Trainings for those who want to deepen their practice, understand the body and learn to guide others with knowledge, sensitivity and good judgment.
I’M Training brings together tradition, anatomy, biomechanics, philosophy, practice, observation and tools to build your own way of teaching.
Training is also a personal process: practicing, studying, asking questions and discovering where we want to teach from.
Wellbeing programs for companies: yoga, breathwork, stress management and nervous system regulation. Real impact on team climate, focus and attendance.
With more body, more awareness and more soul.
